Course Content and Aim
This course is aimed at giving a broad
clinical approach to major neurological disorders. The course content includes
case discussions, EEG reading, interpretation of electrodiagnostic tests,
radiology (neuroimaging) film reading, and interpretation of histopathology of
various neurological disorders. At the end of the course the attendees will get
a comprehensive training how to approach clinical examination at the end of
their training.
The target audience for this course will
be trainees in neurology and internal medicine. This includes trainees in both
Medical Council of India stream and National Board of Examination stream.

Registration
Trainees in neurology (DNB/DM) and
internal medicine (DNB/MD) are eligible candidates for the course and should
register for the course well in advance. There is no registration fee. At the
time of registration the trainees should enclose a certificate from concerned
the head of the department or head of the institute. Trainees have to make their
own arrangements for accommodation. In case of any difficulty the course
secretariat may help if requested well in advance.
